HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Some salons hate it when a client comes in armed with references of styles they love. Not us. In fact, we ask you to come to your first appointment with 2-3 references of what your dream hair looks like; think cut, style and colour palette. Then, we'll chat through the possibilities and agree on a plan moving forwards. 

WHAT IF MY DREAM HAIR IS UNACHIEVABLE?

Don't stress, we can get you as close to your dream hair as your hair type and condition will allow. Our skilled team knows exactly how to plan for and work towards your goals while prioritising the integrity and condition of your hair. If you're wanting true transformation, it's important you're open to it being an evolutionary process; transformative hair can't always happen in one visit.

IS PROFESSIONAL HAIR CARE (REALLY) THAT IMPORTANT?

We wholeheartedly believe it is. We won't ever prescribe anything your hair doesn't need. Just as your skin changes so does your hair and from time to time, we may suggest you switch to a new product protocol to address vour hair's
needs.


HOW LONG SHOULD I ALLOCATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

While is all about a relaxing yet transformation vibe, we also understand the reality of busy lives and schedules.
If you are on a tight time schedule, we ask that you inform us on arrival (if not earlier) to help us to send you back to that busy life on time and with great hair. That said, if you're booked in for a colour service then we ask that vou allow for
3-5 hours with us. Some things can't be rushed and quality colour is one of them.


WHAT IF THE SALON IS RUNNING LATE OR WHAT IF I RUN LATE? WILL IT AFFECT MY APPOINTMENT?

Sometimes, and despite our best efforts, we may be running a little late. If 'a little late' is more than 15 minutes, we will be sure to call you as soon as we are aware of the delay just as we would ask you to do the same and let us know if you are running late. Communication is key. Please be mindful that some of our appointment times are allocated in such a way that even if you're running 15 minutes late you can be eating into half of your appointment time.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO HAVE MY HAIR DONE?

We're here for you as often as you'd like to visit but ideally, we love to see our Blondes every 10-12 weeks and our Brondes/ balayage work every 3-6 months. Hair and particularly hair colour is an investment and we don't want vou to feel like you're a slave to your regrowth or like you're being locked into an unrealistic schedule. One of our salon signatures is soft regrowth so the grow-out is not noticeable and vou really can get the most out of vour colour between visits . We also believe that tone should be deliberate so that you avoid going brassy over time and condition should be respected so you can have luscious hair all year long.

IS IT ESSENTIAL TO HAVE A PATCH TEST? 

Absolutely. It is a legal requirement before performing a colouring service.
There are no exceptions to this, without a patch test we will be unable to carry out the service


PARKING

If you are with us for a small appointment e.g. cut and style, we would recommend parking in the short stay car park 

However, if you're with us for a longer appointment e.g. colour service the closest long stay carpark is nearest to us. 


HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT A REPLY FROM YOU?

We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible within our working hours.
However, please bare in mind we are a small team running busy colums, we will try our best to get back to you as soon as we can.
